What you will do

• Manage product categorization, sorting, search merchandising, product listings, and storefront content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal site updates.
• Analyze site performance metrics and customer behavior to guide merchandising decisions and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, product data, and content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, development, and QA teams to align campaigns and validate merchandising changes.
• Improve navigation, product discovery, usability, A/B testing, and personalization initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising experience, formerly Demandware.
• Strong knowledge of SFCC Business Manager, catalogs, promotions, and search merchandising tools.
• Understanding of eCommerce merchandising, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to interpret performance data and make informed merchandising decisions.
• High attention to detail when managing product data and site content.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing tools and personalization platforms.
• SEO and on-site search optimization knowledge.
• Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager certification.
