TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead website migrations between platforms, including WordPress-to-HubSpot projects, and manage the day-to-day use of marketing technology platforms.
- Own SEO and analytics tools, translating insights into practical actions and client deliverables.
- Build, configure, and manage enterprise websites, landing pages, email marketing workflows, and Shopify applications.
- Test completed work across devices and systems, perform quality assurance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communicate insights, tasks, notes, and monthly reports to clients, vendors, strategists, and internal creative teams.
- Maintain HubSpot certifications and oversee virtual assistant work with mentorship where needed.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot CMS, Shopify, Shopify applications, and SEO.
- Advanced experience with website migration tactics, especially WordPress-to-HubSpot migrations, with the ability to implement strategies independently.
- Strong understanding of workflow planning, email marketing, analytics, and landing page development.
- Advanced quality assurance skills, including testing across devices and systems and executing production tasks accurately.
- Ability to troubleshoot technology and edit HTML/CSS for email and landing page modifications.
- Strong technical aptitude, organization, adaptability, and communication skills.
