2027 Summer Intern Associate

Location: Remote; U.S. citizenship is required based on contract needs, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or security clearance.

What you will do

• Support ongoing projects and operational initiatives across technical and business functions.
• Conduct research, analysis, documentation, and process improvement activities.
• Contribute to data science projects, including dataset preparation, modeling, dashboards, and hirify.globall summaries.
• Support data engineering work involving pipelines, ingestion, transformation, databases, cloud technologies, and DataOps activities.
• Assist with finance, contracts, business operations, or HR administration and reporting, depending on placement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in planning sessions, and present project outcomes when applicable.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Strong interest in learning and professional development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• U.S. citizenship based on contract needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or security clearance.

Nice to have

• Data science coursework or experience with Python, R, statistics, or machine learning.
• Data engineering experience with SQL, databases, cloud platforms, or scripting.
• Coursework in finance, accounting, economics, business, legal studies, public administration, human resources, organizational psychology, or business administration.
