Solutions Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Illinois or other locations in the United States; travel up to 35% when needed.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD per year, excluding potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the main technical voice for multiple enterprise healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Define and execute technical account strategies with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Guide customers through evaluating and adopting data, machine learning, and AI solutions.
• Build technical champion networks and align stakeholders around platform solutions.
• Establish virtual teams, lead technical initiatives, and mentor other team members.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
• Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Strong executive communication and the ability to influence important decision-makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, cloud, and data-driven business transformation.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
