Senior Manager, Learning Content Developer and Storyteller (Learning Content/Instructional Design): Creating global learner-facing materials, digital learning modules, programme narratives, and knowledge resources with an accent on clear writing, storytelling, accessibility, and learner-centred design. Focus on translating complex business and process information into practical learning journeys, maintaining content governance, and improving usability across Workday Learning and other platforms.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid mode
Salary: EUR 38,000–48,300 gross per year

What you will do
- Create and maintain learner guides, facilitator guides, workbooks, quick reference guides, FAQs, job aids, toolkits, knowledge articles, campaign content, and process documentation.
- Translate complex business, technical, process, and policy information into clear, accessible content for global audiences.
- Develop programme narratives, launch communications, learning nudges, learner scenarios, and reinforcement materials.
- Build and maintain digital learning modules using Easygenerator, Synthesia, and Articulate.
- Maintain learning repositories, documentation libraries, version control, naming conventions, and content governance standards.
- Partner with subject matter experts, programme owners, HR, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compliance, facilitators, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve learner experience and content impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, content development, instructional design, communications, knowledge management, HR, or a similar function.
- Hands-on experience with Easygenerator, Synthesia, and Articulate is required.
- Strong experience creating, editing, and maintaining learner-facing materials and translating complex information into concise, engaging content.
- Demonstrated storytelling, learner-scenario, narrative, writing, editing, organisation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, review cycles, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting content in Workday Learning or another learning management system.
- Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning methodologies, accessibility standards, localisation, or digital learning best practices.
