Technical Strategist (HubSpot)

Location: Remote work environment

What you will do

• Lead client meetings covering HubSpot CMS, custom and third-party integrations, and website re-platforming.
• Develop website migration strategies, plans, dashboards, and URL mappings.
• Research third-party applications and recommend solutions based on client KPIs, feature requests, and business use cases.
• Advise internal teams on web architecture, CMS Hub functionality, UX, and front-end requirements while supporting development and design work.
• Analyze and integrate data into HubSpot to provide practical marketing recommendations and lead CRO strategy discussions.
• Oversee QA, website launches, and post-launch assessment and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of technical SEO and website migration strategy, including URL mapping and metadata.
• Experience collaborating with clients and leading internal teams through website builds and migrations.
• Experience working with CMS platforms, particularly HubSpot CMS, including HubSpot themes and modules.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, databases, HubDB, DNS, and servers.
• Knowledge of UI/UX, user flows, and front-end website requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience with QA.
