What you will do

• Lead enterprise data science and advanced analytics architecture initiatives and define technical strategy.
• Design scalable machine learning environments supporting experimentation, model development, validation, and deployment.
• Architect Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, data pipeline, and distributed processing solutions.
• Guide predictive modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and AI-driven decision-support solutions.
• Establish practices for model governance, reproducibility, documentation, monitoring, and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with executives, business stakeholders, data scientists, and data engineers while mentoring technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience designing and implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, or Big Data solutions.
• Experience as a technical lead or subject matter expert for enterprise data science initiatives and large-scale analytics platforms.
• Expertise in machine learning lifecycle management, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, feature engineering, model evaluation, and hirify.globall solution design.
• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, distributed data processing, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling, and enterprise data architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, experimentation frameworks, model operationalization, Agile product development, visualization, and executive communication.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Databricks, Apache Spark, Big Data, Tableau, or other recognized data science, analytics, or visualization certifications.
