Quality Assurance Tester (Enterprise Applications)

What you will do

• Document and report product or service quality levels.
• Develop inspection standards, workflows, and improvement recommendations.
• Design and execute positive and negative unit, functional, integration, and end-to-end tests for complex enterprise systems.
• Test APIs and web services across multi-tier applications.
• Communicate with team members to investigate issues and follow up through appropriate channels.
• Create training materials and operating manuals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing focused on enterprise applications.
• Experience testing APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of software quality, requirements review, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Java, REST APIs, web services, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience writing and executing automation tests with tools such as Selenium.
• Load and performance testing experience.
• Experience managing a Scrum backlog.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud or on-premise environments.
