Associate, Analytics – Early Career Development Program (Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotational assignments across Business, Credit, Marketing, and Data Analytics.
• Analyze business performance, customer behavior, portfolio trends, credit performance, and risk to inform decisions.
• Use SQL, Python, SAS, and Power BI to analyze, visualize, and interpret data.
• Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for business stakeholders.
• Apply forecasting, statistical analysis, and modeling to solve business challenges and identify automation and data-quality opportunities.
• Present insights and recommendations while partnering with stakeholders across functions and business areas.

Requirements

• Expected Bachelor's or Master's degree graduation in May 2027 in a quantitative discipline such as data analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or similar programming languages through coursework, internships, research, or work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, collaboration, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Availability to begin full-time employment in June 2027 as part of the 24-month program.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Internship, co-op, research, leadership, or work experience involving analytics, business intelligence, reporting, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
