Senior PeopleSoft Developer (PeopleSoft)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and develop PeopleSoft customizations using Application Designer, including pages, components, records, fields, and PeopleCode.
• Build Application Engine programs for batch processing, data conversion, ETL-style workloads, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layout integrations.
• Develop and optimize SQR, BI Publisher, and applicable nVision reports.
• Implement and maintain Approval Workflow Engine configurations and notifications.
• Translate business requirements into clean technical designs, perform fit-gap analysis, and minimize core modifications to support future upgrades.
• Lead testing and defect resolution, provide post-go-live and hypercare support, document solutions, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of PeopleSoft technical development experience; the position description also specifies 12+ years of required experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with SQR, BI Publisher, PeopleSoft data models, strong SQL, and SQL performance tuning.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions, plus experience supporting upgrades and patches.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
