Location: Hybrid role based in Sterling, Virginia, with designated onsite clinical days and virtual telehealth capability. Availability is required after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
Compensation options include $120–$140 per session for the 1099 contractor track, a $72,500 base salary plus $100 per additional clinical hour for the W2 part-time track, and a $135,000–$145,000 USD base salary for the W2 full-time track. The stated overall salary range is $72,500–$175,500 USD per year.

What you will do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide medication management.
- Monitor patient progress and safety, adjusting treatment plans and intervening proactively when concerns arise.
- Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients, caregivers, and families while explaining diagnoses and treatment options.
- Collaborate with psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals on integrated care plans and participate in clinical meetings.
- Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain thorough HIPAA-compliant records.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification.
- At least one year of independent psychiatric practice under licensure, including experience with children and adolescents ages 2–26.
- Active Virginia PMHNP, CRNP, or APN license, active DEA license, and Virginia State Prescriptive Authority.
- Ability to work the hybrid model with onsite clinical days in Sterling, Virginia and virtual telehealth services.
- Availability for peak clinical hours after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
