What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support treatment engagement.
• Monitor progress against care goals, adjust treatment plans, and intervene proactively to maintain patient safety.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant documentation while coordinating refills, prior authorizations, records, and rescheduling.

Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of independent practice as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
• At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults under any nursing license.
• PMHNP-BC board certification through ANCC or AANP.
• DEA license and state prescriptive authority license.
• Computer, phone, high-speed internet, and experience with Google Suite, EHR systems, and virtual platforms; commitment to at least 10 hours per week.
