Pediatric Neurologist Needed (Actively Practicing) for PRN Peer Review Work

Location: Fully remote; Virginia Beach / United States. An active, unrestricted U.S. license or certification is required.

Salary: $100–$450 per case, depending on case complexity. Most cases take 1–3 hours.

What you will do

• Conduct independent remote case reviews covering medical necessity, appropriateness, and quality of care.
• Prepare evidence-based assessments and written determinations using established clinical guidelines and review criteria.
• Review utilization, appeals and hearings, and quality-of-care or standard-of-care concerns.
• Maintain clinical integrity, neutrality, and objectivity while meeting turnaround deadlines.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. license or certification required.
• Board certification in pediatric neurology from an ABMS- or AOA-recognized board required.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in the specialty.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients for an average of at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work objectively and independently.
