What you will do
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and key business metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for marketing, product, and business teams.
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets using SQL, Python, or R.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to improve product features and user engagement.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across user journeys and customer funnels.
- Present clear, data-driven insights to product managers, engineers, marketing teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Python or R.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar user analytics tools, plus the ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline optimization.
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
