What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and engineers to influence roadmaps through data-led insights.
• Design, iterate, and analyze A/B experiments to generate user insights and optimize business metrics.
• Define success metrics, set KPIs, and implement tracking for core product features.
• Build models for user segmentation and customer lifetime value to inform strategic decisions.
• Promote data-driven practices across the organization by mentoring team members.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and AI tools to analyze data and automate reporting pipelines.

Requirements

• Background working in fast-paced, product-driven teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and intermediate Python proficiency.
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to own analytical projects from inception to completion.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities for data analysis and process automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics platforms.
• Background in fintech or payments industry.
• Knowledge of fraud detection and payment optimization models.
