Senior Data Product Partner (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid role with in-person work at a company hub three days per week. The role requires being within commuting distance of a hub. Relocation support may be available for certain roles.

What you will do

• Define data strategies with business leaders and identify high-impact initiatives linked to revenue, cost reduction, efficiency, and other measurable outcomes.
• Act as the primary data consultant and translator between business stakeholders, executives, and data disciplines.
• Shape, prioritise, and manage the business unit’s portfolio of data projects, products, and initiatives.
• Conduct lightweight SQL queries, exploratory analysis in Looker, validations, sanity checks, and hypothesis testing.
• Triage ad-hoc data requests and hand well-defined work to analytics, engineering, data science, or data governance teams.
• Drive data literacy, adoption, data quality improvements, and the conversion of recurring requests into scalable data products.

Requirements

• Experience bridging business needs and complex data systems through data consulting, product thinking, or a related function.
• Ability to define measurable data initiatives, prioritise demand, manage portfolios, and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Ability to perform lightweight SQL analysis and exploratory work in Looker.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including translating concepts for business leaders, executives, and technical data teams.
• Ability to work from within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub in Barcelona and attend the office three days per week.
• English is the official language at the office; application materials must be submitted in English.

• Experience with data quality, data governance, data enablement, or self-service analytics.
• Experience tracking business outcomes and return on investment from data projects and products.
