What you will do

• Develop and execute business data strategies in collaboration with leadership to drive strategic goals.
• Identify high-impact use cases and data initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Manage the data project pipeline, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined technical data projects for downstream data teams.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, initial validations, and hypothesis testing using SQL and Looker.
• Champion data literacy and adoption within the business unit to integrate insights into daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the Barcelona hub for 3 days of in-office work per week.
• English proficiency required for office communication.
• Proven experience bridging business and technical data worlds, preferably in a product or analytical capacity.
• Solid understanding of data systems, data quality, and product-minded data strategy.
• Ability to perform exploratory analysis and sanity checks using SQL and BI tools like Looker.
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing complex portfolios of data work.
