What you will do

• Act as a Digital Data Expert and Product Owner for COO areas within the Cross Domain Data Partners Team of the Data & AI Tribe.
• Provide knowledge of bankhirify.global products, services, channels, and regulatory reporthirify.global as a key squad member.
• Define functional requirements, participate in testhirify.global, and support delivery before go-live.
• Control business, regulatory, and global reporthirify.global processes, resolve incidents, and support internal teams and providers.
• Improve digital journeys and services ushirify.global an end-to-end mindset, representhirify.global internal customer needs and connecthirify.global internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products and services comply with regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3–6 years of experience managhirify.global complex projects.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into improvements to digital journeys.
• IT affinity and understandhirify.global of customer journeys, underlyhirify.global IT landscapes, and technical dependencies across teams.
• Strong presentation, communication, prioritization, problem-solvhirify.global, risk management, deadline management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English is required, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultural backgrounds, includhirify.global offshore teams.
