Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; office-first hybrid setup with on-site work several days a week (80%) and remote work when appropriate (20%).

Salary: €75,000–€87,500 gross annual, including fixed pay and performance-based compensation paid quarterly.

What you will do

• Own a key product area end to end, including vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Identify HR workflows where AI creates meaningful leverage and determine where it introduces risk or unnecessary complexity.
• Define evaluation frameworks for hallucinations, failure modes, unattended operation, quality, tone, trust, and handoffs.
• Make prioritization, build-versus-integrate, and product retirement decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Partner with customers, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, engineers, designers, and data specialists.
• Set hypotheses and metrics before launch and remain directly responsible for results after launch.

Requirements

• Experience building something from close to zero, such as a 0→1 product or new product area, and owning a measurable outcome.
• Experience working in hyper-growth environments or domains with significant complexity, uncertainty, and business stakes.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and failure modes, including hallucinations, bias, and silent errors.
• Experience shipping AI to production or rigorously evaluating whether AI systems work reliably.
• Demonstrated growth in scope, strong judgment, and the ability to influence customers, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, payroll, compliance, or another regulated and data-complex domain.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features to production.
• Technical intuition around system design, data flows, integration trade-offs, API design, or marketplace dynamics.
• Experience in hyper-growth environments.
• Spanish, French, Italian, or German language skills.
