Investment Implementation Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office attendance required Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Investments, Legal, Fund Finance, Client Services, investment partners, and service providers on investment decisions and operational requests.
• Implement subscriptions, redemptions, transfers of interests, fund modifications, restructures, transitions, and transfers in-kind.
• Prepare and distribute subscription documents, co-investment documents, redemption notices, transfer agreements, letters of direction, client reports, and communications.
• Manage AML and KYC requests, triage internal and external inquiries, and provide accurate responses within deadlines.
• Review investment and fund legal documentation, extract key terms, track information in databases, perform liquidity analysis, and monitor compliance with trading policies.
• Design controls and process improvements, work with IT on automation and existing technology, and lead or participate in recurring and special projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance or a related field with outstanding academic credentials.
• 0–4 years of experience in asset management, preferably in investment operations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including communication with clients and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Initiative and ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with integrity, discretion, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office; willingness to create and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and daily operations.
