Senior Survey Programmer (JavaScript)

Location: Remote within the United States; work within Eastern Standard Time is required.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme.

What you will do

• Program complex online questionnaires, including survey scripting, multi-language management, and reporting.
• Own high-complexity programming projects from setup through delivery using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Research Teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining rigorous quality control and the “Right First Time” standard.
• Support, mentor, and train other programmers while sharing best practices.
• Provide technical input in client meetings, new business calls, budget management, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work within Eastern Standard Time.
• At least 3 years of experience with Alchemer (Survey Gizmo), Confirmit, Decipher, or a similar survey scripting platform.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, with advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects through on-time delivery.
• Experience training or mentoring other programmers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and an analytical, solutions-focused mindset.
