Care Pathway Guide Supervisor (Healthcare)

Salary: $55,000–$67,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Care Pathway Guides through real-time feedback and development opportunities.
• Oversee performance, workflows, protocols, and quality standards for member service operations.
• Manage escalations and support resolution of complex and sensitive member cases.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues and cross-functional departments to improve the member experience.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to service innovation, policy development, Next Best Actions, and CTM reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Member Service Supervisor in a team environment.
• Demonstrated experience with coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change, encourage innovation, and handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Previous experience in service operations or healthcare-related fields.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, care coordination, or Medicare Advantage.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and clinical processes.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
• Leadership experience with 20 or more direct reports.
