Inbound Supervisor

ChartSpan operates a clinical inbound patient care contact center.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned clinical inbound team.
• Coach employees on productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance.
• Track status, efficiency, resources, attendance, breaks, PTO, and payroll timesheets.
• Establish process controls to meet service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and use data to evaluate outcomes.
• Support patient satisfaction, program management, meetings, and incoming communications.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a remote contact center.
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Docs and Sheets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, coaching, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to motivate employees, adapt to changing situations, and build effective interpersonal relationships.
• Current active COMPACT LPN license.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licenses within the ChartSpan footprint.
