AP Specialist (Accounts Payable)

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and verify that outstanding balances are approved and paid accurately and on time.
• Manage invoice reporting and identify anomalies or changes.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal departments.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and business partners by phone and email.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reliability, dedication, and excellent attention to detail.
• Previous accounts payable or billing experience is beneficial but not required; training is provided.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Oracle experience.
