Analyst, Data Systems (Clinical Research)

Salary: $65,500–$125,500 per year

What you will do

• Support clinical research trials in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Design and maintain clinical data collection, management, and transmission systems aligned with study protocols.
• Review draft protocols and recommend improvements to study setup, workflows, and data processes.
• Maintain data quality systems and ensure quality and performance metrics are captured accurately and on time.
• Assist with documentation, testing, validation, implementation, and upgrades of data management systems.
• Mentor and train research staff on data management, GCP, GCDMP, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of clinical research experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with clinical research data systems.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development, GXP, GCDMP, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, make sound decisions, and apply data management expertise to varied situations.
