Apartment Maintenance Technician - Doral View (HVAC)

Location: Onsite in Doral, Florida, USA

Salary: USD 22.00–24.00 per hour, plus potential quarterly customer satisfaction bonuses of up to USD 1,500.

What you will do

• Provide maintenance assistance and excellent service to apartment residents and fellow team members.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Support vendor quality management and perform move-in and move-out inspections as required.
• Respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
