What you will do
- Coordinate statewide Health and Safety & Wellness strategy, standards, tools, and resources across Phoenix and Tucson.
- Oversee program quality, service delivery, grant implementation, subcontracts, budgets, donor deliverables, and compliance.
- Supervise program supervisors, staff, AmeriCorps members, interns, and volunteers while supporting professional development.
- Develop and expand case management, survivor support, behavioral health, public health, healthcare navigation, and health education programming.
- Build partnerships with health agencies, healthcare providers, universities, Medicaid plans, behavioral health organizations, law enforcement, and community groups.
- Identify and develop grant opportunities and support funding diversification across federal, state, local, healthcare, foundation, and victim-services sources.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in social work or equivalent work experience required; graduate degree in social work, public health, or a related field strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of related professional experience, including supervision of case management staff, grant reporting, and program development.
- Experience with trauma-informed, victim-centered, and/or public health service models.
- Excellent written and spoken English required; bilingual ability preferred.
- Strong organizational, writing, analytical, communication, teamwork, and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license, active insurance, reliable transportation, and eligibility for a fingerprint clearance card required.
Nice to have
- Multi-site or cross-program management experience.
- Case management, victim assistance, workforce development, or database experience.
