Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

Annual salary range: $173,660–$245,160 USD.

What you will do

• Architect and lead development tools for Network On Chip and SoC development, including debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, IDEs, and PDKs.
• Design software solutions for development, validation, testing, and complex engineering workflows.
• Evaluate requirements, assess feasibility, and provide technical direction for software development projects.
• Conduct architecture modeling, performance modeling, and correlation aligned with strategic objectives.
• Review code and communicate architectural intent to cross-functional engineering teams.
• Collaborate with technologists across hirify.global and industry to establish technical priorities and solve group-level engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience with a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years with a master’s degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Direct professional experience with C++, Python, or Java and exposure to AI assistants.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, Agile methodologies, software debugging, and object-oriented software design.
• Ability to communicate architectural intent, lead group problem-solving, and guide technical direction.

Nice to have

• Electrical or electronics engineering bachelor’s degree combined with a master’s degree in computer science.
• Knowledge of AMBA protocol architecture concepts.
• Experience guiding technical direction across industries and leading impactful projects in large organizations.
