What you will do

• Support initiatives within the Cash & ATM Distribution Group and assigned department.
• Gain exposure to banking operations, ATM/ITM functionality, and fleet management.
• Contribute to operational analytics, process optimization, and automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for measurable operational improvements and support business-relevant projects.
• Collaborate with a manager and experienced professionals while working independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in internship development sessions, leadership interactions, team projects, volunteer activities, and internal events.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, with at least one academic term remaining after the summer program.
• Teamwork and leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities or work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice to have

• Studies in business, finance, accounting, economics, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in banking as a career.
• Ability to maintain composure in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Sound judgment and logical or critical thinking when developing solutions.
