What you will do

• Collect, organize, and analyze business data related to pricing, growth, distribution, and performance.
• Identify patterns and trends and contribute to discussions about data-informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, underwriters, analysts, and sales partners.
• Build simple dashboards and presentation materials to communicate findings clearly.
• Research and analyze applications of AI in insurance, including predictive modeling and automation.
• Own a project tied to a business priority and present findings and recommendations to Small Commercial leaders.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams, manage time, stay organized, and demonstrate accountability.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, critical thinking, and the ability to ask thoughtful questions.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in AI and its business applications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Python, or R.
