QA Automation Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, mobile, and microservices applications.
• Automate UI, API, and end-to-end testing using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust.
• Collaborate with developers to identify quality risks, improve test coverage, troubleshoot defects, and create regression tests.
• Mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, plus REST API automation, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and microservices architecture.
• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, or H-1B transfer candidates; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pact, JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust.
• Familiarity with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or Snyk.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
