Technical Operations Instructor (RF Collection)

Location: Sterling, Virginia, United States; field-based training operations with frequent CONUS travel required.

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver engaging technical training for hands-on collection operations.
• Build office-level operational capability and proficiency through field-based instruction.
• Apply RF collection concepts and tradecraft, including signal collection, processing, filtering, modulation, and demodulation.
• Collaborate with collection analysis organizations.
• Provide technical leadership and support administrative and logistical activities for training operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior personnel in technical concepts and operational tradecraft.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on operational experience as a technical operations subject matter expert.
• Strong background in technical instruction, field operations, and industrial system design and support.
• Deep understanding of RF collection concepts and tradecraft.
• Demonstrated leadership, administrative, and logistical experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience training and mentoring junior personnel.
• Ability to support field-based operations in Sterling, Virginia, with frequent CONUS travel.
