Senior Data Informatics Business Partner (Healthcare)

Location: 100% remote; must live within the United States

Salary: $148,137.60–$214,760.00 per year

What you will do

• Provide clinical and operational informatics context for data access, integration, interoperability, and workflow needs.
• Analyze how data is created, transformed, moved, interpreted, and used across clinical and business systems.
• Advise physicians, researchers, operational leaders, and delivery teams on complex data and analytics initiatives.
• Apply data governance, quality, privacy, responsible AI, and control requirements to real-world use cases.
• Design and maintain intake taxonomies and documentation covering outcomes, success measures, assumptions, constraints, and adoption needs.
• Define evaluation approaches, identify recurring intake issues, and recommend improvements to processes, standards, and governance guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical informatics, informatics, business, public health, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years working consultatively with clinical, research, operational, financial, or administrative stakeholders.
• Experience with data, analytics, AI, governance, or digital delivery in healthcare or another regulated environment.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise data governance, data quality, master data, metadata management, privacy, and responsible AI.
• Experience working across multiple data-producing systems, end-to-end data flows, pipelines, and complex application landscapes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, synthesis, ambiguity management, and stakeholder advisory skills.
