Sr. Quality Director, Robotics & Automation

Salary: $187,625–$280,400 annually, with potential performance-based and long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead strategic quality initiatives across multiple global manufacturing sites.
• Build a culture of quality excellence through training, communication, and employee engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop global cross-functional quality teams.
• Coordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 13485 audits and maintain site certifications.
• Oversee customer complaint and RMA resolution while improving response times.
• Drive quality assurance methodologies, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, supplier qualification, and quality planning for new product introductions.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive quality management experience, particularly in manufacturing.
• Experience developing quality assurance programs and improving operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large, cross-functional, global teams.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, data synthesis, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for global team leadership, multi-site oversight, and customer or vendor engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or aerospace.
• Familiarity with global operations and multi-site quality management.
• Comfort with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
