What you will do

• Oversee strategic quality initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals across multiple sites.
• Drive a culture of quality excellence through training, communication, and engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop global, cross-functional teams.
• Manage ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 13485 audits and certifications.
• Coordinate customer complaint resolution and improve RMA response times.
• Provide quality support for new product introductions, including validation and supplier qualifications.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large, cross-functional, global teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
