AI Video Editor Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3–7+ AI-driven video editors.
• Manage task distribution, project routing, delivery pipelines, deadlines, and video quality control.
• Build structured AI workflows and automate post-production pipelines connecting task databases with AI asset generators.
• Evaluate emerging AI video tools and integrate effective solutions into daily production.
• Maintain a database of high-performing creatives and analyze failed concepts to improve future videos.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, and Marketers on formats, feasibility, deadlines, and production bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing video production or editing teams.
• Mature leadership, proactive problem-solving, process-building, conflict resolution, and workload management skills.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on quality, organization, and on-time delivery.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Practical experience with AI video tools, realistic AI avatars, lip-sync, generative footage, and workflow automation.
• Fluent English in both spoken and written communication, plus knowledge of short-form video advertising for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
