What you will do

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for TPA administration functions, ensuring service quality, efficiency, compliance, and business performance.
  • Standardize and optimize operational processes while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Lead business transformation, change management, and future-state operating model initiatives that support scalable growth.
  • Champion technology-enabled solutions, automation, analytics, and data-driven operational decisions.
  • Manage vendors, strategic partners, and network organizations to maintain service excellence and contractual compliance.
  • Establish performance metrics, governance frameworks, and operational controls while collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading high-performing operational teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvement, business transformation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
