Senior Technology Leadership Professional (AI & Operations Engineering)

Location: Remote within the United States; associated with Louisville, Kentucky. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI, generative AI, analytics, and operational intelligence solutions.
• Write, debug, test, and deploy software across multiple technology stacks.
• Troubleshoot enterprise application and platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Build and maintain integrations, APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Develop predictive insights and decision-support capabilities while driving automation and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with development, product, reliability, and automation teams and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of technical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with automation and AI technologies, including designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, generative AI, large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across varying organizational levels.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience running large-scale projects.
• Experience with technology solution assessments or strategy planning oversight.
