Community Lead

Location: Dublin, Ireland; onsite with daily reporting to the building

What you will do

• Manage member engagement, retention, feedback follow-up, issue resolution, and front desk coverage.
• Coordinate new-member move-ins, orientations, onboarding materials, and move-out interviews.
• Plan and host weekly social events, support programmed events, and evaluate attendance and member impact.
• Conduct building walkthroughs, coordinate cleaning and facilities-related needs, and manage keys and keycard inventory.
• Support emergency response, incident reporting, security procedures, and building management plans.
• Conduct tours for prospective and VIP members and refer growth opportunities to the appropriate sales contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in the local language and understanding of local culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities.
