Creator Relations Specialist (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Canada

Annual salary: CAD 55,000–70,000, plus benefits and total rewards.

What you will do

• Identify and vet high-performing, brand-aligned creators and influencers for branded campaigns.
• Develop creator shortlists and convert creators into paid campaign partnerships.
• Onboard qualified creators, including platform opt-ins and campaign measurement requirements.
• Collaborate with Client Services to execute campaigns using internal technology, tools, workflows, and client objectives.
• Negotiate and prepare proposals, agreements, compensation structures, and agreement redlines.
• Maintain a creator database, assess talent and revenue potential, and identify emerging creators and content trends.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent representation, business development, or sales.
• Active participation in and knowledge of the social media industry, creator economy, social trends, and social media metrics.
• Full proficiency in English and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and a high volume of creators.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Kantata, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or PandaDoc.
