What you will do

• Perform initial and ongoing CDD checks, including AML, KYB, and screening for PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media.
• Verify customer identification, business registrations, and complex corporate ownership structures.
• Monitor ongoing transactions to identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious or high-risk activity.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and manage the onboarding pipeline within the CRM.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Compliance teams to resolve onboarding queries and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a client due diligence (CDD) role within financial services.
• Proven expertise performing KYC/KYB checks for business clients and corporate structures.
• Strong practical understanding of risk-based approaches to onboarding.
• Good understanding of UK (FCA) and European financial industry compliance standards.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania

• Experience using onboarding and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
