What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial maintenance and capital investment projects using internal or external personnel.
• Prepare technical documentation for procuring and installing machinery and equipment.
• Support maintenance activities and supervise their execution.
• Provide technical guidance to workshop team leaders on work-order execution.
• Define spare-parts inventory requirements and support the creation and optimization of maintenance schedules.
• Implement technical standards, regulations, rules, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance is desirable.
• Strong technical understanding of machinery and associated processes.
• Systematic, solution-oriented approach with good assertiveness and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SolidWorks knowledge is desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
