Focus on designing daily management cadences, solving plan-versus-actual gaps, and building accountable cross-functional routines for safe, quality-driven operations.
Location: Sparks, Nevada, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday day shift.

What you will do
- Lead Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance across operations control.
- Establish and sustain operating cadences using hourly boards, command-center routines, production-control boards, and escalation processes.
- Monitor plan-versus-actual performance, drive recovery actions, and ensure disciplined shift handoffs.
- Implement standard work and reporting discipline across ERP, MES, traceability, and other operational systems.
- Partner with Supply Chain and PMO to translate production plans into executable schedules, manage constraints, and ensure SOP readiness.
- Lead the Production Managers responsible for Inventory Control and Planning & PMO while maintaining inventory thresholds and healthy WIP.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations control, production control, materials or inventory control, or supply-chain execution.
- Experience running daily management systems, including plan-versus-actual reviews, escalation routines, issue tracking, and action closure.
- Experience with inventory governance and transactional discipline in ERP/MES environments.
- Must have valid authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
- Ability to meet onsite physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting requirements; pre-employment drug testing is required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Science.
- Lean/continuous-improvement or project-management certification.
- Experience in high-speed, high-volume, regulated, or traceable manufacturing environments.
