What you will do

• Support field visits, assessments, and operational improvement initiatives across farms, food businesses, hospitality environments, cooperatives, and rural development projects.
• Develop practical tools, exercises, and learning materials.
• Organise workshops, site visits, and stakeholder activities.
• Document observations, insights, and lessons from projects and fieldwork.
• Support research, mapping, and analysis related to agriculture and food systems.
• Connect field realities with broader programmes, projects, and initiatives while contributing to discussions on resource efficiency and implementation challenges.

Requirements

• Curiosity, sound judgement, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Background or genuine interest in agriculture, regenerative farming, food production or processing, hospitality and HORECA operations, rural development, food systems, sustainability, policy, organisational improvement, or project work.
• Ability to understand how systems function in practice and combine field observation with analytical thinking.
• Clear and respectful communication, with the ability to work independently.
• Genuine interest in food, agriculture, and rural communities.
