What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation and technical onboarding for assigned customers, from requirements gathering and business analysis through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage implementation project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, issues, documentation, and customer communications.
• Translate customer needs into clear business and technical requirements and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing, including preparation, end-user coordination, issue resolution, and acceptance sign-off.
• Support product configuration, troubleshooting, customer requests, knowledge-base contributions, and implementation-related questions.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, tools, templates, and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, business analysis, technical consulting, or a related role.
• Experience independently managing implementation work, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs, XML documents, technical integrations, systems, and IT environments.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Native-level English proficiency and a bachelor's degree in a relevant business, information systems, or software-related field.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of web development, web design, or software engineering.
• Experience in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, display, email, or social media.
• Experience with e-commerce technologies and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Spanish language proficiency.
