What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Django, and React.
• Drive modernization initiatives across the application stack to reduce technical debt and increase maintainability.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Support cloud-native deployments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes to improve software quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing production-grade full-stack applications with Python, Django, and React.
• Proficiency in modern frontend development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and relational databases (MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Proven track record of modernizing enterprise applications with complex dependency ecosystems.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare, compliance-driven, or other regulated industry products.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
