Senior Product Manager (Commercial Refrigeration)

Location: Bridgeton, Missouri, United States; onsite. Travel of up to 25% is required, including occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Lead marketing and business product strategy for the Core and Distributed self-contained refrigeration portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and support annual business plans, long-range plans, and mid-term plans.
• Oversee commercialization activities including forecasting, pricing, promotion, marketing communications, packaging, training, and collateral.
• Build business cases and profitability expectations with sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, logistics, purchasing, and other functions.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive positioning, distribution channels, and market opportunities.
• Identify cost savings and value enhancement opportunities while guiding product and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business administration; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience in durable goods and 5 years in product leadership or management.
• Experience with product and marketing management, new product development, and strategy activities.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases.
• Strong IT and computer skills, including the use of Microsoft programs and tools for product profitability.
• Ability to perform product and competitor analysis; refrigeration product experience is preferred.

• Ability to speak or write Spanish.
