What you will do

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time and Employee Central solutions for client requirements.
• Implement time tracking, absence management, and time valuation rules.
• Translate HR and time-management requirements into structured configurations aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and propose solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem before issues escalate.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with client-side business and HR teams throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time and Employee Central.
• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time, including time tracking, absence management, and time valuation rules configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Clear, structured communication skills.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Availability for remote work while based in Portugal.
