What you will do

• Implement and support customer projects focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop implementation and operational strategies.
• Support the full project lifecycle, from workshops and solution design through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Lead customer workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support presales through system demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal preparation.
• Take technical ownership of Employee Central workstreams, manage smaller sub-projects, and contribute to the SuccessFactors practice.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Multiple successfully delivered end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central, HR business processes, stakeholder advisory, and workshop leadership.
• Business-fluent German and fluent English required.

• Understanding of AI-driven innovations within SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
