What you will do

• Participate in full-cycle implementations and support engagements for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Gather requirements, design and configure systems, prepare documentation, and support testing, training, and go-live.
• Translate HR and business needs into functional SAP solutions in collaboration with client HR and IT teams.
• Coordinate integrations across SAP HCM and other enterprise modules.
• Support UAT and post-implementation activities while building long-term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations or SAP HCM consulting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SuccessFactors module, such as Employee Central, Performance, or Learning.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and cloud-based HR solutions.
• English proficiency required for written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across technical and business areas.
