Scrum Master (Digital Transformation)

Location: Hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal, at Expo or Colombo

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support multidisciplinary teams in adopting Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Remove impediments and facilitate resolution of obstacles affecting productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement through metrics analysis and team feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Support change management, Agile transformation, workshops, and cross-team alignment sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
• Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies and workshops.
• Ability to manage conflict and foster alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools; good command of English required.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience in digital transformation environments.
• Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or other Agile methodologies.
• Experience with software development or infrastructure teams.
• Background in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
