Senior Scrum Master (French Speaker)

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Remove impediments and create conditions for the team to improve its effectiveness.
• Guide team members in Agile principles, self-organization, and accountability.
• Coordinate communication between the IT team and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and requirements in French and English.
• Track team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Refine Agile processes, maintain documentation, and facilitate conflict resolution.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Good English and French language skills are mandatory.
• Ability to communicate with IT teams and stakeholders and report on project progress, risks, and requirements.
• Experience with Agile process improvement, performance metrics, documentation, and conflict mediation.
